Ivy is in early testing; things may change or break. By signing in or using Ivy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

What Ivy Is

Ivy maps what is happening in NYC this week and shows how many people linked it. You can link an event and see the display names of others who linked it. Ivy is a small project run from New York.

Early Testing

Ivy is being tested with a small group. Events, features and data can change, move or disappear. Accounts or links may be reset. Do not rely on Ivy for anything you cannot afford to lose or miss.

Who Can Use It

You must be 18 or older.

Your Account

Sign in with Google or an email code. Use an email address that is yours. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets in.

Ivy gives you a random display name. It is shown on any event you link, unless you hide it for that event. See the Privacy Policy for how that works.

How To Use Ivy

Use it for what it is for. Do not scrape it, overload it, or try to break into it. Do not use it to spam people or pretend to be someone else. Do not try to work out who is behind a display name, or use what you see on a graph to bother or follow anyone. We may remove links or end accounts that do.

Events And Sources

Events on Ivy are collected from third-party sources, such as venues, organizers and ticketing pages. Each event links back to its source. Ivy does not sell tickets and does not run the events. Dates, prices, locations and availability can be wrong or out of date. Check with the organizer before you go. Links to other sites are governed by those sites.

Cover images are credited to where they came from. If you made an image or run an event and want it changed or removed, write to hello@ivylink.co and we will review it and respond as soon as we can.

If you add content, you confirm you have the right to share it.

No Promises

Ivy is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, accurate or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using Ivy, from relying on event information, or from anything that happens at an event.

Ending Your Account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or end access if someone breaks these terms or if Ivy is shut down or changed. The Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes.

Changes

These terms will change as Ivy does. The date at the top shows the last update. If you keep using Ivy after a change, you accept the new terms.
